ODBC via Data Gateway issues

Hello Community,

I am trying to replace Qlik Data Transfer with ODBC via Data Gateway to load data out of a source system called Seasoft.

QDT loads the tables fine and has been for years. I am also able to connect and pull data via Excel, without issue.

I am connected to this same Data source via Qlik sense on prem for another customer and that also works as expected.

The Data gateway, however, is giving me all sorts of issues and I can’t figure it out.

I have a successful connection to the ODBC via the cloud and can see all the tables.

when I go select a table, it takes forever, but it eventually shows me this. No preview but I get all the field names as id expect.

When I try to reload. I get the following

ODBC Driver: PxPlus

Could you share the configurations you have outside the Gateway that are working?

If Qlik Sense and Qlik Data Transfer are working, it tells me that it's a configuration issue.

But the Data Gateway has a different way of leveraging the ODBC connection. I would be interested in seeing your config so we can test different scenarios.
