Section Access issue when migrating QVW to SaaS

Hi guys, how are you?

I'm facing a problem and was wondering if anyone had the same problem before.

The scenario:

We are trying to get the USERID in QlikView, and them submitting the QVW to the SaaS platform.

We are trying to make the section access works with IdP subject (which is returned by the USERID when submitting to the SaaS).

The UserID returned on the QVW is something like: UserDirectory=;uuUUuxxxxUUuuuu

When we try to apply the section access, meeting the criteria, it fails. The only way that is working is using the user.email.

We also tryed, using only the USERID without the UserDirectory=;, but it fails aswell.

We did the same operation, using Qlik Sense on SaaS and got worked properly. The problem is when we upload a QVW (QlikView) to the SaaS Platform.

The problem is, we cannot use user.email, we must use the IdP Subject.

Is there any way to make it work?
