Can't prepare data app

I'm testing out QDI, trying to replicate from aws rds postgres db to an Qlik S3 destination.

The data gateway is installed on an EC2 machine as well.

Qlik Cloud is speaking to the data gateway, and I've managed to set up a db connection through qdi to my postgres database.

Now I'm stuck at the "Prepare" step, when the landing area for the data is prepared.

In Qlik Cloud I get this error message after pressing "Prepare"-button:

How should i continue?

Hello @qliktime,

In general, this type of issue should go through support. I still recommend that you contact support and open a case.

But while doing that please attach a diagnostic package you can grab from the log viewer.
