Sharepoint Connector Failing via QMC Task

We recently configured the Sharepoint Connector and it seems to working fine when manually running apps. We are able to pull files from different folders within Sharepoint and it gets ingested into the dashboard.

The issue lays when we schedule a task for that app to reload. The app fails the reload and it spits out the error message below.

"ENCRYPTION_KEY_MISSING - you must manually set an encryption key before creating new connections."

Part of the setup to get the Sharepoint Connector configured was creating an encryption key on the Qlik Server. We've done some troubleshooting and we are wondering if it is an access issue with the "sa_scheduler" user that is running the tasks. Furthermore, we've tried removing my access to the Sharepoint site to see if it we can replicate the issue, but we are unable to.

Does anyone have any recommendations or seen this issue before? Thanks!

We are running on Qlik Sense Aug 2022.

Apologies for the late reply -- I just saw this. We have no solved the issue. We still have that error message come up and our IT team has checked that the encryption key is installed on both of our nodes.
