Qlik Cloud - Fail to connect shared folder with QDT

hi 🙂

i am using qlik cloud and i am trying to make a connection with Qlik Data Transfer from a shared folder.

i have access to the shared folder that Located in:

in that folder i have excel file that need to upload.

i go to QDT>data folders>add> and then when i enter the path of folder its give me an error

"folder with specified path cannot be found"

i tried those options:

1.F:/country

2.\shared\F$\country

3.\politiv\shared\F$\country and \\politiv\shared\F$\country

4. \111.222.33.44\shared\F$\country and \111.222.33.44\shared\F$\country

5. \bi-ex cel\F$\country

6.\Username\politiv\shared\F$\Country

still get the same error

help please 🤕😵😩

Hi @Ran

Qlik DataTransfer supports shared network folders, but not mapped network folders. For example, \\share\data would be supported. If \\share was mapped to Z:\, Z:\data would not be supported.

Perhaps you are running into this issue?
