topic How not to use the root location for the Databricks database with QCDI? in Data Movement & Streaming

I am setting up Qlik Cloud Data Integration with Azure Databricks & Azure Data Lake. My landing data assets are stored in the configured Azure Data Lake container. The tables generated by the storage, transform & data mart data assets are however stored on the root location (/Usr/Hive/Warehouse/) of the Databricks database. I would like to store these to non-managed tables instead.

According to the Qlik Help page: "Best practice is not to use the root location (/Usr/Hive/Warehouse/) for the Databricks database as doing so may impact performance."

However, I was unable to find an answer on how this best practice could then be implemented. Anyone an idea on how this could be configured?
