Hello All,

I need some help in formatting a dashboard. The details are as below

Year 2011 2012
Month Jan Feb Mar

Table

2012 Jan Trade VP 10 40
Jan Sales VP 5 20
Jan Sales MD 10 42
Jan Trade OTH 5 20
Feb Trade VP 10 60
Feb Sales VP 5 20
Feb Sales MD 10 42
Feb Trade OTH 5 20

Ouput 1;
If Year = 2012 is selected the O/P should be

VP MD OTH Total Cost
Trades 10 5 15 140
Sales 5 10 15 124
Total 15 10 5 30 264

Cuurentl My output is

VP MD OTH Total Cost
Trades 20 10 30 140
Sales 10 20 30 124
Total 30 20 10 60 264

Outpout 2:
If Year = 2012 Month = Jan is selected the O/P should be
VP MD OTH Total Cost
Trades 10 5 15 60
Sales 5 10 15 62
Total 15 10 5 30 124

How do i avoid summation of values when selecting the year.

i thing it calculating correct as per your data

first try to calculate from data and match with dashboard.
