Changeing Password and Username in QlikCommunity

Hi All!

Is there a way to change the username and the password in QV Community account?

You can change your password by logging into QlikCommunity and then go to the top tool bar where it reads "Welcome _____". If you click on that you will see an option for My Account. Click that and you can change the password. I am not sure about the user name change.

Hi Chuck!

Thank you for your quick response - but if i click on the underlined name near Welcome "only" the profile is beeing opened - there i don't find anything like "My Account"

Any Idea?

I think one needs to go to the main qlik.com site (leaving the community area) to see the menu you are talking about - or just follow the link you have posted.

Christoph, I think you can't change the login name yourself, but you can set the display name to something different using the first name / last name fields in edit profile page.

It would be very nice to have the possibiltity to change your password in your profile settings. All my other settings are also stored in my profile

No kidding. How many questions are there about how to change the password? It could simply be linked from the Profile page.
