Qlikview Demo Svg Map Document

Hello,

I saw a Qlikview document which uses SVG Map from the link below:

I am using Internet Explorer 9. I clicked the link above, launched the application and clicked the Map sheet. The document is running properly. I can see the USA map. When I choose a branch, color of relevant parts in the map is changed.

Then I downloaded the Personal Services Customer Retention document from the same link. I double clicked svgMap.qar . I put the file into the folders below:

Windows 7/2008 - C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects\svgMap

Windows 7/2008 - C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects\svgMap

But I can not see the USA map. Instead of the map, "Unknown Charttype" message is written in there.

My Qlikview desktop version is 10 and Internet Explorer version is 9.

In QlikView Desktop, I also turned on WebView (View>Turn On/Off WebView)

How can I solve the problem and launch the application?
