Searching Qlik Community

The Community pages have a powerful search engine. This is accessible on the toolbar, highlighted in the image below.

To search the Community, just type your question in the Search box.

Many users seem to miss this option, and there are many simple questions being posted to the community that have been answered many times before.

Perhaps the Community moderators (sli) would consider changing the Search text to "Search Qlik Community" so it is more obvious that this search is not related the "Select Language" text alongside, but can search the whole community site.

I agree that there are many posts that could be resolve by searching.

Good point. But perhaps some functionality should be added so that a window open's to suggest other similar posts based on the title and content of any new posts...

In my opinion, there should be a message asking people to search the forum before they post.
