Back Button giving error after posting reply

Hi,

I have habit of pressing back button after positing reply, but only in that specific scenario the browser back button doesn't work, every time I have to go back to root and again reach to the issue where I posted reply. I am using Google Chrome Version 44.0.2403.157

Pl let me know if I am doing something wrong. I will post the error image whenever I post my next response in community.

I get this Chrome error page every time when I press back button after responding with some attachment in community. I realized it happens only when I respond with some attachment.

I mean whenever I post reply with some attachment, I am unable to find way to directly reach to the forum main page where I started. I want to directly go to QV forum page after posting reply.
