      <title>Single Sign-On Error</title>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I am logged on to the Qlik website and attempt to navigate to the Support Portal, I get the following error every time:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="mb24"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Single Sign-On Error&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;FORM name="editPage"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;INPUT name="cancelURL" type="hidden" value="" /&gt;&lt;INPUT name="retURL" type="hidden" value="" /&gt;&lt;INPUT name="save_new_url" type="hidden" value="" /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can do? If I go to My Account (hoping to check my settings) the only option I have is to change my password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
