    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;At client of our has recently upgraded from v10 to v 11, and now gets the above error when open a dashboard from a 32 bit clinet over a mapped drive to their 64 bit server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Screenshot-2012-05-02_14.13.52.png" class="jive-image" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/13709_Screenshot-2012-05-02_14.13.52.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have logged it with support, who have replied as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;This problem normally happens when using a 32-bits environment an d the RAM memory is not enough. It doesn't help to add more RAM memory. What you need to do in order to solve the problem is to try on a 64-bits computer or reduce the application so that it consumes less RAM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HOWEVER, the issue didn't exist prior to the upgrade to V11..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
