List box selection issue in access point

Hi All,

I have metric selection of current year, last year and Last Year-1 in list box where multiple selections are working fine when i am accessing it from my system using access point URL provided by Client.

But same thing when client is trying to achieve using access point from his system he is not able to select multiple options from List box, he can select only one at a time.

Please suggest.
