Simple Qlik Question

Hello:

I have a bookmark and I need to create a dashboard in QV.

There are my dimensions:

DIMINSIONS
1) QV_Mapping Products for Mckesson.Cat2 Clinical
2) MCK_FACT_WEEKLY_SALES.YEAR 2016
3) Calendar_Master.Month Oct
4) Column Select_ShipmentsToBanners NOT Warehouse Location, Week

1 Column Select_Daily Sales: Banner Group
2 Column Select_Daily Sales: Banner Name
3 Column Select_Daily Sales: Category Desc (Cat 2)
4 Column Select_Daily Sales: Hierarchy Desc (Cat 4)
5 Column Select_Daily Sales: Material Group Desc (Cat 1)
6 Column Select_Daily Sales: Sub-Category Desc (Cat 3)
7 Column Select_Daily Sales: TV1T_Desc (Cat 5)

And these are my expressions

Unit Qty: SUM(MCK_FACT_WEEKLY_SALES.QTY_DELIV)
Case Qty: SUM(MCK_FACT_WEEKLY_SALES.NBR_CASES)
Amount $: SUM(MCK_FACT_WEEKLY_SALES.MCK_COST)

Havent used qlik in a long time. I know you can create a longer expressions my adding all my dimensions in the expressions code.

I need someone to build this code for me (Please). Then I will have a sample code and I can add/modify dimensions as wish.
