&lt;P&gt;could you be more specific, are you trying to access a Sense app or Qlikview application in your connection?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Connection-status-error.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Connection-status-error.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are getting it with Qlikview, check if the Qlikview Desktop version on your Nprinting server can access the document.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are getting the error with a Sense Connection, check if you can open the Sense Hub from a browser on the NP system, then open the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
