Load only newly arrived or updated excel files dynamically

In the post below, I’ve shared a method to dynamically load all Excel files. We’ll use the similar subroutine here to create QVDs from all the Excel files.

Dynamically Loading Multiple Excel Files

Once the QVD is created by loading all the Excel files, two potential requirements may arise:

Load only newly arrived Excel files in the folder, instead of reloading all the files.
Load only updated Excel files in the folder, instead of reloading all the files.

If the number of Excel files and the amount of data are small, you can reload all the files each time to create the QVD. However, if the files or data are large, the above approach can be used to optimize the process.
