What's new in Qlik GeoAnalytics Data Package 26.04

Adds and updates several Admin Areas for the Location service.
Adds Regions (Admin1) and Community Development Councils (Alternative Admin1) Areas for Singapore.
Updates Postal Code Areas for USA and Germany.
