Unable to run PostgreSQL service during QDC installation

Hello Guys,

I am trying to install QDC on CENT OS 8 on VM following QDC Installation guide by QlIK.

But after installing PostgresSQL, I am getting error as shown in the attachment

qdc_pg-11.2 service failed to run

I tried several times but getting same error.

Please help me on this.

The cause of the issue is that it is looking for a file that only exists in Centos 7. Centos 8 has a newer version of the file.

Do the following commands to fix.

cd /lib64
sudo ln -s libreadline.so.7.0 libreadline.so.6
