I have over 3 years experience using Tableau and a new prospective employer solely uses Qlik instead. I knew Tableau well but had never used Qlik. It was only a small learning curve for me, just getting used to layouts and where to find/access certain features. Overall, I think there are lots of similarities between Tableau and Qlik, so I don't think you would have much difficulty making the transition. I also think Qlik is very straightforward and easy to pick up as a new user.
