How to schedule data loads

Where can I find the Schedule option to create recurring tasks for data ingestion? I've read somewhere that this feature was deprecated. I'm using QDC version April 2020 (single node deployment) .

QDC allows scheduling to be executed via API. Meaning a single API call can be executed by Jenkins or Autosys, which is how the QDC team expects scheduled data loads will be conducted. See our swagger page for more information.

I just started to work with QDC for a few months now. I heard that the schedule option for data ingestion was available in the UI in previous versions of the product. What was the reason for removing this feature from the UI?
