However I cannot find the right choice for the capabilities. Can prep do fuzzy name matches? Can it do statistical models through the statistical input?</P><P>What are the pre-requisites for installing QDC? Unfortunately the installation manual is not available. From the video/slides I found just Tomcat, PostgreSQL and Java. Is PostgreSQL required if installing on Hadoop or could I use that instead?</P><P>Can anyone tell me where I can find a summary of the capabilties of the rules engine?
