I have addedd my ip to the trusted list .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use this url to generate a ticket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://10.252.5.48/QvAjaxZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx?cmd=&amp;lt;Global"&gt;http://servername/QvAjaxZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx?cmd=&amp;lt;Global&lt;/A&gt; method='GetWebTicket'&amp;gt;&amp;lt;UserId&amp;gt;user&amp;lt;/UserId&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/Global&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user has been added from the server . When i login to the server i am able to view all the alloted files but when i use the ticket to access my files i get&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account.
