Qlik Education is excited to bring you our new state-of-the art learning experience, the Qlik Learning Portal!

The Qlik Learning Portal will become the single point of entry for all your learning needs, and where you will find the Qlik Continuous Classroom, our self-paced learning and a key component of this new learning experience. In addition, the portal will also host our instructor-led training course materials, Academic Program materials and Data Literacy courses. We are bringing you one consistent experience to help you easily find your learning resources and simply upgrade for more great content as needed.

Personalized Experience

Each learner is unique and has a different skill-level with different learning needs. We are excited to give you the option to customize your own personalized learning plans, which take your interests and experience into account to build a learning plan made just for you.

We have also created a personalized dashboard bringing transparency to your self-paced course progress. Find your In Progress, Recently Viewed and Completed courses, which can be selected to show the associated courses below. Scroll further down the page for quick access to Learning Plans, our Live Webinars and more.

Intuitive Search

Our simplified, intuitive search page allows you to easily find the courses you are looking for with various filter options, such as Product, Product Release or Category. You can also use the free-form search field to search course titles, course descriptions, learning objectives and course tags.

Mobile-Friendly Design

Learning on the go just got easier! Not only has the site been updated for a beautiful, consistent user experience to easily navigate to the learning you need, but we have also made enhancements for easy viewing on any device. The Qlik Learning Portal can now be comfortably accessed on a variety of screen sizes, including cellular and tablet devices.

Usage Analytics App for Subscription Administrators

Qlik Continuous Classroom subscription administrators can use our Qlik Sense Usage Analytics App to measure user progress and adoption of their Corporate Subscription. App metrics include, subscription details, course activity and completion details and qualifications earned and more.

Other important enhancements include:

System optimizations improving the first-time user login experience
Seamless experience and navigation to other Qlik sites such as, Help Documentation, Support Portal, Community, etc.

Hello - looking for assistance for an account. She would like to remove "old content" from her learning dashboard but cannot currently figure out how this is done. How can she eliminate the "X'd" items? Thank you for any guidance

Hi @Janeen ,

Unfortunately, we do not have the capability of removing courses from the 'My Learning Dashboard'. However, it is important to note that there are three categories listed on the Learning Dashboard: In Progress, Recently Viewed and Completed.

In Progress - A list of all courses a user has accessed, listed in alphabetical order.
Recently Viewed - A list of all courses a user has accessed, listed in order of last access.
Completed – A list of all courses that the user has completed, listed in order of last access

The screenshot you are showing looks like the 'In Progress' section of the "My Learning Dashboard" - therefore all courses that user has accessed will be displayed in this section until they are completed and subsequently migrate to the 'Completed' section.
