Continuous Classroom down?

Since last week myself and others are receiving the following message when trying to connect to the Continuous Classroom on Qlik:

Unable to connect to the Qlik Sense Engine, Possible causes: too many open connections, the service is offline, or networking issues.

Tried to chat with Support but that link is also not working for me.
