You could concatenate dimensions using Calculated Dimension Option in charts. Like Year & Quarter, Quarter & month, etc.,

Eg. statement : =aggr(date(YearMonth,if(Month=min(total <Year> Month),'YYYY MMM',' MMM')),Year,YearMonth)

No, Need to show all 3 dimensions.

I have used Dummy variable to show 2 dimensions but it doesn't work for 3.

Sorry, but Aggr(Year(Date),Quarter) or Aggr(Quarter, Month(Date) ) didn't work. I want to display Month, Quarter and Year values on X-axis.

You first have to create YearQuarterMonth field in script. Then using this aggr function need to pull out x-axis dimension similar to how my expression takes Year & Month.

There could be other solutions too. Let me check and get back to you.
