GeoAnalytics server install not going smooth

Hi there,

installing the GeoAnalytics server Nov 2017. We got a 'could not communicate with the license server. check your internet connection'.

while, the install seems to have hust complete otherwise: extensions are installed and it is possible to add a map and use it in a test app.

Qurestions then:

-Should we ignore the message?

-Is the license server for GeoAnalytics down indeed ? do we have to expect problems?

-Where can we check GeoAnalytics license install somewhere in the QMC for instance?

Hi,

The install program for server will warn if there is no connection but the installation will complete if the key is correct.

If the extensions and the connector work towards the internal QGA server then everything is fine.

The lef key for the servers resides in the QGA server.

Hi Patric,

thank for the fast response. If we understand well the control key does allow to check if the key is valid locally.

And there is no admin url to check for the currently installed license.

On a side note we did have an internet connection.
