Error while installing geoANalytics on QLiksense Server

Hello All,

I was installing GeoAnalytics but facing issues while installing. I changed the default geoanalytics server url i.e. https://ga.qlikcloud.com

to my qliksense server url i.e. https://abc.com

Now, i filled all the details regarding license and control number but it gives me an error "cannot update license". Pls find the attached snapshot for the same. Can anyone help me on this?

Hi Nikhil,

QGA always talks to qlikcloud.com unless you have installed the QGA Enterprise Server.

HEy,

Issue is solved. Steps we have to follow while installing QGA are:

1: Copy the zipped folders of extensions of QGA in the extensions folder

2: Then install QGA.

I was trying 2nd step as 1st step, so getting an error.
