When the Max Data Limit message appears, users will now have the option to continue with the most recent records from the selection criteria up to the Max Data Limit value based on the date value assigned in the Default Dt field in the Data Snap Config section of the Data Framework. If a Default Date value is not assigned, the first date field in the header table will be used.

Improved Software Version Tracking

Gold Client version and patch level is now displayed in the lower right corner of the ZGOLD transaction. The Gold Client -> About screen has been enhanced to show the transport info for each installed Gold Client component. This will make it easier for customers to determine which Gold Client version and patch release they are using for support and upgrade purposes.

Data Type Table Query Report

New report added to allow users to search the Data Echo and Client Construct Framework by table to see which Data Types are configured to copy these tables. This replaces the previous method of querying Gold Client configuration tables with transaction SE16.

Generate SAP Change Pointers during Data Import

Gold Client Data types can be assigned to Message Types defined in SAP table TBD62 (Assignment of change document field to message type). When the Gold Client Change Pointer configuration is active in the Target System, data imported with Gold Client connected to these Message Types will generate records in SAP Change Pointer table BDCP2. These Change Pointers will allow connected systems to recognize the data for replication processing.

If you are interested in applying this patch to your Gold Client landscape, please submit a support case for at https://attunitysupport.qlik.com
