Is it possible to use Gold Client to copy images of invoices from one client (say production) to another client in another instance (say QA)? The copies are originally saved as attachments to financial documents.

Good morning,

Where are the actual attachments stored? Are they stored on an external server, managed through OpenText or a similar application? Gold Client does have a standard data type used for copying attachment data, however I would recommend that you submit a support case so that we can connect and provide more in-depth information related to this data type and the various relationships.
