Sending Pdf on Daily Basics through Email taking long time

as of now i am sending mail to 300 user daily ,but it take 3 hours to send to all user so what i done is instead of 300 user i split the document in to 2.so 150 user in one document and another 150 in another document i made the file to run parallely so it takes only 1 and half an hour now instead of 3 hours . but my problem is wright now i have 3000 user i want to send them also but i cant follow the way as i done previously so is that any other way to do that other than buying some tool.

What about adding the users to a mail distribution group so that you only send the mail once. Talk to your administrative team or your mail service provider.

100 mails an hour is very slow - I would investigate why this performance is so poor. But 3000 users is a lot of emails. what about posting the PDFs or Excels to a network share (with AD to control access) and letting the users pick up the item from the share. You could send a mail message with the link instead of an attachment.

Thanks for the your quick respone .let me speak with the administrator team regarding this and also they dont want to go for 3rd party tool.
