Issue when "Mailing bookmark with link"

Hi Qlik Community,

I'm experiencing an issue when I attempt to use the "Mail bookmark with link" option.

I was under the impression that the link would be opened by the recipient and they would be automatically directed to the specific tab I sent the link from AND also have the same selection criteria in place.

However, when the recipient clicks on the emailed link all it does is opens that QV application -- doesn't bring you to the tab of interest nor does it include the selections previously made when the link was sent.

Does anyone know how to correct this? Or does this functionality not work in the way in which I thought?

Hi there. Check your server name within the QMC. If there are spaces in the name then the url will be broken as the bookmark wont be in utf encoded. Same with the shared sessions as the server name is apoended to the url.
