    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a client &lt;SPAN style="color: #575757;"&gt;that users are accessing QV through Citrix using IE plugin.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #575757;"&gt;After they build some user objects and put them into some &lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;empty space, when they come back to QV, the objects always &lt;SPAN style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-NZ; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"&gt;sit on top of one another at the top left of the page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #575757; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-NZ; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri;"&gt;I have tested that if I go to access point directly without going through Citrix, I don't have the problem.
