User objects don't keep position in Citrix

Hi.

We have a client that users are accessing QV through Citrix using IE plugin.

After they build some user objects and put them into some empty space, when they come back to QV, the objects always sit on top of one another at the top left of the page.

I have tested that if I go to access point directly without going through Citrix, I don't have the problem. I don't have their Citric account so can't test that.

Anyone has any clue for that?
