Hi Joe,

I have a QlikView file in a Radar dashboard that allows a user to click on an expression (this is a URL link that actually displays the Patient MRN) and launch an activity within Hyperspace and make a correction. Until recently when the users clicked on the MRN the hyperlink changed colour which showed them that they had viewed that patient when they re-visited the dashboard.

Now the links don't change colour making it difficult to check which records have already been viewed/amended (as the file only refreshes once a day from CLARITY the records remain until the next refresh). We did have an upgrade of the Hyperspace Browser to IE11 recently and I believe that his issue may have coincided with that. Having said that if I just put a link to a Google Search in a dashboard component any links I click on from there change colour as expected so the browser settings appear ok.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work again?

Hi Peter,

I believe this is browser specific, as I can't seem to find any settings related to viewed links in QlikView or Qlik Sense. It's typically cookie-based, so Epic's implementation of the web controls from IE11 may not include that capability. Good question for Epic.
