Forbidden Error | Command=Doc::DoSave;Result=403;ResultText=Error: Forbidden

Hi Fellas,

Need your help in understanding the issue. In logs I can continuously see error of "Command=Doc::DoSave;Result=403;ResultText=Error: Forbidden" which is further leading to Engine is unavailable message.

Can someone please help me with the significance of this error. Since I am unable to infer anything out of this. How it can impact Qlik Sense.

That error message indicates that the engine is unable to save the app. The permission to do so is being denied I would check that the service account has permission to edit the file for the app and that there are no other processes that might lock the file in progress.

As per my understanding this can impact any of my application but not Qlik Sense as whole.
