Once any of the 4 applications complete reload, queued application changes its status to starting from Queued.</P><P>Issue: Only one application was in starting status(Reload status) , Other application were not queued infact those give Failed Status.&nbsp;</P><P>Problem: Unable to understand why applications were not queued.
