On our Qlik Sense Enterprise server, the current installation and configuration of the App Metadata Analyzer is only loading Apps from 2 of our approximately 8 streams. The streams are the Everyone OOTB stream and the first stream created.

Qlik Sense June 2019

App Metadata Analyzer 1.1.0

I have reloaded an App (to make sure it has been reloaded since June 2018 version), checked the API end point delivers the data and checked that the reload task executes successfully.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

That strongly suggests that the user who is specified for the monitor_apps_REST_app data connection is not a RootAdmin and thus does not have the requisite permissions to get a listing of all apps across all streams. Confirm whether this is the case in the QMC > Data Connections > monitor_apps_REST_app > Edit > UserId and cross check the user's rule in QMC > Users.
