Can't view help

Hi all.

I recently upgraded to QV11 SR11 W8andup. Now, when i go to help:

(I have Spanish version)

Can not display the XML page

You can not view XML input to the XSL stylesheet. Correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

I have searched about this, and one solution was:

regsvr32 %systenroot%\system32\hhctrl.ocx

So, it causes an error:

"C: \ Windows \ system32 \ hhctrl.ocx" module was loaded, but failed on the call to DllRegisterServer (error code: 0x80004005)

Looking for this error, i have founded that "restore system" is the only solution.

I don't want to do this. There is a bug ?
