Pivot Exporting into Excel Limitation (column is > 256)

My data : row is > 65,536 and column is > 256.

Is there any limitation defined for downloading data as excel from Straight Table and Pivot Table Objects?

I have to export this..

Suggest from MS Excel or Qlikview End.

Qlikview can only export to the 'old' biff excel format which only supports 64K rows and 256 columns. If you need to export more columns you'll have to export to a csv or text file. You can right click the chart and choose the Export option. You can then choose in which format you want to export the chart.
