    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting a lost connection to server.. reconnecting after 120 second when i want to export data into csv file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="177478" alt="Lost connection.jpg" class="jive-image image-1" height="256" src="/legacyfs/online/177478_Lost connection.jpg" style="height: 256px; width: 261.938px;" width="262" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried to modifier the confie file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\config.xml&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; by &lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;increase the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;QvsTimeout&amp;gt;720&amp;lt;/QvsTimeout&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewAjax\Web.config by adding &amp;lt;httpRuntime requestValidationMode="2.0" executionTimeout="720" /&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- all service IIS have the timeOut = 20 min&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4- QVS-&amp;gt;Documents-&amp;gt; Document Timout =12 Min&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="177490" alt="Doc-timeout.jpg" class="jive-image image-2" height="234" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/177490_Doc-timeout.jpg" style="height: 234px; width: 330.676px;" width="331" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5-&amp;nbsp; QVS-&amp;gt;Documents-&amp;gt; Performance (Screnshot bellow)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="177491" alt="Perfo_time.jpg" class="jive-image image-3" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/177491_Perfo_time.jpg" style="height: 138px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue &lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;appeared just after the Update of QlikView Server 11.20 SR13 to 11.20 SR16.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For your information : No firewall is installed in our machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Someone can help me to resolve this issue please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
