Increasing Streaming Buffer Size

Limit to load files from Azure Storage and other non local sites is capped at 1024....

The need is becoming more frequent now that both storage and Qlik environments moving to cloud infra.

The limitation causes changes to be done by engineering teams to split files, which provides less robust process.
