Configurable "Task session timeout" default value

Currently when you create a task, the "Task Session timeout (minutes)" value defaults to 1440.

That means 24 hrs and in our case we do not expect any tasks to actually be executing for that long.

The default value that is filled in automatically when you create a new task should be configurable.
