Add display expression for data labels in all chart types - similar to "Show Column If"

Please consider adding display expression for data labels in all chart types.

Similar to "Show Column If" expression for a table chart, but for Data Labels in charts.
This will give users an ability to hide labels that overlap.

This is called different things in different chart types.
In a line chart it is called "Show data points" and it is yes or no.
In a bar chart it is called "Value labels" and it is off or auto.

Please add an expression for this, to control which values are shown, and make it consistent across all chart types for the data labels.
