Increase the row limit on GeoOperations Cluster load

I understand the need to limit the size/scope of data that GeoOperations can work on; however for the Cluster operation in particular I feel it's critical to increase the current limit of 50,000 rows. The entire purpose of Cluster is to reduce the number of points on a map to a reasonable number. If someone has a large dataset of hundreds of thousands of points, there is currently no way for them to map them due to this row limit.
