Publish Sheet with overwrite

Currently we are not able to publish a sheet and overwrite a sheet. So if you have small changes and using mashups, we have to duplicate whole app and change and publish again. It will be easier to duplicate only the sheet, change and afterwards publish sheet overwrite base sheet will be easier.
