Sharepoint / O365 Web Connector - Supporting alternative Authentication Methods

It would be great to see if the Sharepoint / O365 Connector would be able to authenticate using other methods application rights driven like Azure AD App-only where the system uses ClientID and ClientSecret or a certificate.

Several of our clients would like to use SharePoint / Office365 to share files across multiple SharePoint tenants instead of other methods like DropBox or FTP etc. Using guest access or clientID and ClientSecret or a certificate or some other authentication method would definitely help to facilitate that.
