Hello,

Back in Qlik Cloud there was an option to see by app, who and when each users accessed. Now on Qlik Business there is not such option.

Would it be possible to display on the log information by app, when user opened/closed each app?

Additionally, the event logs (https://TENANTNAME.eu.qlikcloud.com/console/events/) displays accurate information for when user log-in and when they log out by selecting "log-out" button. It does not show any data for session time out.

With the current information, we can see that users logged in, but we don't know which apps he accessed nor how long each user spent browsing.

Would it be possible to display on the log information for when the session ended due to time out?

For us it would be important to understand our users behavior in terms of session time and apps usage so that we can make decision for improvement/prioritization.

Hi @jupitopino ,

There is no solution atm. We were informed by support team that SaaS version of the App MetaData Analyzer is in work and it might give the information we need.

We are about to deliver a SaaS version of the App MetaData Analyzer via the Community (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/June2020/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Administer_QSEoW/Monitoring_QSEoW/app-metadata-analyzer-app.htm). This will be the first and immediate step to deliver a capability for our customers / tenant owners to get insights into their tenant consumption. This page does describe the design of the App and we are planning to deliver the blog post to our community within August and shipping the App that way. As a next step we do have just communicated within the betting & planning for MS39 and beyond, that we are spending time on a more in product monitoring capability. This is in the Analysis and Design phase. It is for sure a priority within our short term SaaS Roadmap as we need this for several reasons.

Thanks for the update.

We've set up both apps and now we have more data about our user's behaviour and consumption.

Right now the Entitlement Analyzer is the most useful as we can see which app the user accessed, how long they spent on each app, capacity consumption by each user and much more.
