Many of the great community ideas on here eventually find their way into the Qlik Sense product.

It would really encourage collaborative engagement if as part of

New features list in a new release PDF
Product marketing videos from likes of @Michael_Tarallo
Qlik website content

a note was made to credit the idea back to this community where relevant.

Doing so will help drive the ideation process if people see it delivers and is adopted ?

Whilst Qlik team members like @Patric_Nordstrom, @Meghann_MacDonald and others actively update idea statuses it is not visible to a much wider audience ? People can take pride in their contribution to Qlik product growth (and success).

Also on this point, maybe Qlik marketing @GillianFarquhar could do a LinkedIn post or two, reminding the global follower audience of the value of the whole community forum and not just this ideas sub-section ? It is a valuable resource.

Hi Andrew,

I think this is a great idea! Something we are working on is incorporating successful / delivered ideas into our new product roadmap sessions on community. Calling out the ideas that were submitted that have made their way into the product and the person or company that submitted an idea will hopefully encourage more users to engage with ideation, and the community as a whole.

This forum contributes greatly to new product development and we absolutely value everyones feedback. Getting Mike on it is also something I'd love to do... @Michael_Tarallo what do you think?

@AndrewMcIlwrick Because of the nature of the content and that it is only available to a specific audience, it will not be recorded. There will be a session each quarter from now on if you miss it.

We are working on incorporating ideation badges into the What's New Features in QS SaaS's connect & learn popup. Discussing and promoting delivered ideas is a priority for this year!

Improved recognition to our Ideation platform and it's contributors:

SaaS in-hub product release announcements contain badges for features sourced from Ideation (Connect & Learn Menu)
Quarterly roadmap sessions on Community include callouts to ideas delivered that quarter
QlikWorld space to vote on top ideas and highlight top Ideators
Soon to come new Ideation space that will offer more visibility and interaction with ideas.

I continue to work on improving the process for both Qlik internal and for our customers, partners, and superstars!
