Update Source, Entity, Fields count details dynamically in Source, Discovery module based on drilldown

Hi Team,

In QDC Source, Discover module, once you select a Source and drill into Entity then in the Source , Entity , Field Count seems to be static.

These totals don’t seem to dynamically change upon making selections.

The highlighted numbers should get change dynamically based on selections.
