Stop moving app to stream publishing first time

It does not help to manage your apps if it gets moved to the stream. It should be not moved to the stream with first time publishing.

In Client Managed, when you publish, you basically change the status of the App. In Qlik Sense Cloud, you are creating a copy of the App when you publish from a shared Space to a Managed space. We introduced the different Space types to improve the Content Workflow but we are unfortunately not able to change the flow in Client Managed. Again, in a Cloud Tenant you can keep working on an App after it has been published without moving / creating a copy of the App first. This does support your requirement. For Client Managed, this is out of scope. We don't envision that this is somewhere we're taking our product but SaaS does support this use case.
